Now for the main course – meat! Meat is high in protein, and if you prepare it right, low in carbs. You have many meats to choose from, so you can have a different meal every night!

Fish is one of the best meats for you, so try to include it a few times a week. There are many different types of fish that you can prepare, including tuna, salmon, and probably many your family has not even tried.

Remember to boil or bake meat. If you fry it, you’ll be adding a lot of unwanted fat!
